Mika Lietzén: Taipumaton Tanner (ENNAKKOTILAUS)
Väinö Tanner (1881-1966) oli nuoren itsenäisen Suomen merkittävimpiä poliitikkoja.
Työläisperheen lahjakkaan pojan tie ylioppilaasta ensimmäisen eduskunnan kansanedustajaksi ja edelleen pitkäaikaiseksi puoluejohtajaksi, ministeriksi ja osuusliikkeen toimitusjohtajaksi hakee vertaistaan maamme poliittisessa historiassa.
Tanner koki eturivissä kaikki maamme alkutaipaleen käännekohdat, sekä menestykset että koettelemukset.
Taipumaton demokratian ja parlamentarismin puolustaja, Tanner toimi järjen äänenä kun nuorta valtiota repivät ensin vuoden 1918 sisällissota ja myöhemmin 1930-luvun oikeistoradikaali liikehdintä.
Suurimman haasteensa rauhan mies kohtasi sota-aikana, jolloin hän onnistui torjumaan ulkoisen uhan maamme itsenäisyyttä kohtaan – mutta maksoi siitä kovan henkilökohtaisen hinnan.
Kaikkien mullistustenkin keskellä Suomesta kehittyi vapaa, tasa-arvoinen ja oikeudenmukainen hyvinvointiyhteiskunta, joka on edelleen kaiken menestyksemme perusta.
Tämä sarjakuva kertoo Suomen tarinan yhden sen rakentajan silmin.

ENNAKKOTILAUS. ARVIOITU ILMESTYMISPÄIVÄ 5.5.2021.
Kristian Huitulan Sarjakuva-Kalevala sisältää Suomen kansalliseepoksen koko tarinan.
Nykysuomen sovitus tekee Kalevalan kertomuksesta viihdyttävällä tavalla ymmärrettävän säilyttäen silti juonen eheänä ja alkuperäisenä.
Kalevalaseura-säätiön palkitsema Sarjakuva-Kalevala on julkaistu myös alkuperäisellä, Elias Lönnrotin runomuotoisella tekstillä.
Kristian Huitula tunnetaan myös Muumin, Angry Birdsin, Miinan ja Manun sekä Lemminkin piirtäjänä.

Kuudes FC Palloseura -kokoelma vie meidät keskelle suomalaisen jalkapallon ikimuistoisimpia hetkiä.
Miesten maajoukkueen hartaasti odotettu EM-kisamatka varmistuu, kun Huuhkajat löylyttää Liechtensteinin Helsingin viileässä syysillassa.
Helmarit puolestaan harppaa Edinburghissa kohti naisten EM-turnausta Amanda Rantasen riemastuttavalla nenämaalilla.
Hämmästyttävän triplan täydentää lopulta miesten futsaljoukkue, joka sekin porskuttaa Euroopan valioiden joukkoon.
Pallo pyörii ja pomppii myös viime vuosien arvoturnauksissa, Veikkausliigan viheriöillä, Valioliigan kirkkaissa valoissa sekä tietysti FC Palloseuran alasarjaotteluissa Tervakorven Pedon ja Pöhniön Urho-Veikkojen vieraana.
Lisäksi käväisemme Rio de Janeiron olympialaisissa, Kalevan kisoissa, Pihtiputaan keihäskarnevaaleilla ja Suomi–Ruotsi -yleisurheilumaaottelussa.
Suurin osa kokoelman sarjakuvista on julkaistu Ilta-Sanomissa tai Urheilulehden jalkapalloliitteissä vuosina 2016–2021. Mukana on myös muutama varta vasten tähän kirjaan tehty jakso.

RAKKAUS ON KÖYHÄN RIKKAUS – KOOTUT SARJAKUVANOVELLIT luo kattavan katsauksen Tiitu Takalon uraan.
Teos nitoo yhteen kauan sitten loppuunmyytyjen Tyhmän tytön (2004) ja Jään (2008) parhaat tarinat.
Niitä täydentävät Tiitun omakustanteiden helmet, tilaustyöt ja erilaisiin antologioihin syntyneet sarjakuvat.
Tekijän kommentit kutsuvat lukijan sarjakuvien kulissien taakse. Taiteilijan punnitut puheenvuorot kertovat paitsi luomisen ilosta ja tuskasta, myös siitä, kuinka suomalainen yhteiskunta on muuttunut viimeisen parinkymmenen vuoden aikana.
TIITU TAKALO on Puupää-hatulla palkittu tamperelainen sarjakuvantekijä, joka tunnetaan feminismin, vähemmistöjen, vastakulttuurin sekä ilon ja rohkeuden puolestapuhujana.
Hänen tähänastiset pääteoksensa ovat Memento mori (2020) ja Minä, Mikko ja Annikki (2014). Jälkimmäinen palkittiin Sarjakuva-Finlandialla.
Tommi Musturi: Cracking (ENNAKKOTILAUS)
ENNAKKOTILAUS. ARVIOITU ILMESTYMISPÄIVÄ 15.8.2021.
Cracking on suuri kuvakirja, joka kokoaa yhteen Tommi Musturin taidetta vuosilta 2013–2021.
Teos sisältää kuvataidetta, kuvituksia lehtiin ja äänilevyihin, luonnoskirjamateriaalia, pikseligrafiikkaa sekä paljon muuta.
Cracking on rikas ja värikäs sekoitus erilaisia tyylejä ja näkökulmia. Kirja sisältää tekijän artikkelin taiteiden rajamailla työskentelystä sekä lisätietoa kaikista kirjan töistä.
Tommi Musturi (s. 1975) on kuvataiteilija ja yksi kansainvälisesti tunnetuimpia suomalaisia sarjakuvantekijöitä.
Hän on tyylien kameleontti, jonka töissä toistuvat eksistentiaaliset teemat ja vapauden käsite.
Musturi lähestyy työtään erilaisin tavoin aina vapaista piirroksista kulloisenkin viestin kautta syntyneisiin pitkäjänteisesti toteutettuihin tyyliratkaisuihin.
Oman taiteellisen työnsä lisäksi hän on toiminut kustantajana ja kuratoinut näyttelyitä.
Musturilta on julkaistu n. 40 omaa kirja- tai lehtimuotoista teosta ja hän on osallistunut yli kahteensataan näyttelyyn eri puolilla maailmaa. Hänen tunnetuimpia teoksiaan ovat sarjakuvakirjat Samuelin matkassa, Suurin piirtein Samuel ja Toivon kirja.
Musturi asuu perheensä kanssa pienessä Siuron kylässä Pirkanmaalla. Hän työskentelee osana vuodesta 2005 toiminutta Kutikuti-nykysarjakuvakollektiivia.
Simon Hanselmann: Crisis Zone (ENNAKKOTILAUS)
